It was been a tragic June in Iowa. The June 11 tornado at the Little Sioux Scout Ranch killed four and injured dozens. On June 27, two Council Bluffs teens died when a tree fell on their car during a powerful thunderstorm. All across the state, record rains led to record flooding.
